We partnered with the Peninsula East End Church (PEEC) and Peninsula Community Chapel (PCC) to serve the homeless for our Winter Serve Event. PORT is an annual program that provides a couple of hot meals, a hot shower, and a warm place to sleep for the homeless of Newport News. We hope this will become one of our long term, ongoing service opportunities next year – we just need someone with a passion for the homeless!
